One word "Awesome!" The staff there are just phenomenal and there was such a positive atmosphere. I was a new patient and very apprehensive about going to the dentist, being that it had been a while since I have visited one. From the time I entered to the time I left it was nothing short of pleasant. The staff were very professional, and they took the time to answer all my questions. I left feeling confident about my next visit and future visits to this Dental office. I recommend this place to anyone.....Pleasant, Positive, Professional!!

I came into Capitol Square Dental completely flustered and nervous due to a tooth emergency I had from the previous day, and every single member of the staff who I interacted with made me feel comfortable, heard, and reassured. Dr. Christine DeBaz and her team even worked through their break for me, and I'm really glad this was the dental office I went to in order to figure out proper solutions for my tooth. They were very warm and welcoming, and I felt like I had their undivided attention when they were fixing my teeth. I look forward to staying with Capitol Square Dental and would highly recommend them to anyone!

The location and offices are excellent. Every member of the team was kind, welcoming and professional. I have been looking for a dentist and staff with whom I could feel comfortable, appreciated and respected. I have wanted a staff that didn't treat me like a child and who exhibited a level of professionalism that instilled confidence. I have found all I wanted and needed at Dr. Safa's office at both the Capital Square and Dublin locations.

I COULD NOT SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF THIS PLACE IF I TRIED. First off, I called and had an appointment in less than 24 hours, and my second appointment in 2 days. I got 8 fillings today, and getting 7 within the next week and my wisdom teeth removed with them in a couple months. I get SO anxious with dental stuff and they calmed my nerves like no other (that and the nitrous lol). They explained everything as they were doing it, short wait times, professional and friendly staff. I wish every dentistry was like this. Reasonable prices and they are patient and allow you to ask questions. I wish I wasn’t moving so I could go to them forever. It’s also right downtown. Cannot speak highly enough of this place.

Dr. Safavian has managed my dental procedures with such empathy and concern for my well being, I can suggest no other. I had major tooth decay and he managed my care with an understanding of what it's like too be the patent, no pain, and a quick recovery.

When I first came here two years ago I had no idea how bad my teeth were, I had been going to another dentist regularly but nothing was getting done. The team here was kind, understanding and non judgmental. They did so much work in not only fixing my issue’s but helping me understand why they were happening. I’m thankful for that.

Capitol Square Dental receives a five (5). The staff is very friendly and approachable. They answer any question with knowledge and provide a timely response. Moreover, they answer and return phone calls in a timely manner. Overall, the environment feels family oriented, and I feel very comfortable communicating and receiving services. I have been very satisfied with the services I have received. My smile is much better. Now I feel very comfortable communicating with people and taking pictures since Capitol Square Dental has improved my smile because my teeth look much better. The staff has been my provider for over four (4) years, and I will continue to receive services at Capitol Square as long as I am in Columbus.

Dr.Safavian has been my best dentist for the past four years! He did for me a great crowns, everybody is shocked when I tell them I have a front crowns because they look like a natural teeth!! and he saved my smile after I had an accident that broke my front teeth. Also, he straightened my teeth With Invisalign!

I have only had positive experiences at Capitol Square Dental! Megan goes above and beyond to make sure everything is billed and charged properly. She also makes the space feel welcoming and really helps ease any anxiety around being at the dentist. Dr. Jones is the best dentist! He is efficient, empathetic, and kind. Cavity fillings have always been an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience, but he does everything he can to make it comfortable and quick! I recommend anyone who has anxiety or fear of dental procedures to see him!!

I've been going to Doctor Safavian for over 5 years and can say I trust him with any and all of my dentistry needs. He is great at making a game plan for your teeth as in what is priority versus cosmetic needs. He has been great working with my insurance over the years. I have had about everything you can think of done on my teeth and have been through many dentists and I still think Dr. Safa is the best. Dr. Alessi is another dentist at the practice and he is fantastic and I trust him and his opinion as well. Don't be completely alarmed that the price seems high. After the work is done and my claim is submitted, after a month I will typically have a positive balance on my account so maybe they estimate higher. I didn't understand the process at first but basically they will give you an estimate of what the insurance will cover, you pay, and wait for the insurance to go through and you may have a positive balance afterwards that you can either send back to your card or keep for future use. (Knowing this process helps) For dentist anxiety: this is the first practice I have went to that has calmed me down. I also ask for laughing gas and it's worth the $50 or whatever for it because it chills me out. Tell Dr. Safa your anxiety concerns and he will help you. They also have a care package that has a weighted blanket and other amenities for extreme anxiety. All in all, I love this office and will continue going as long as they keep up everything to my higher standard. ☺️
